Watching for performance and action patterns that prevent injuries requires care and utmost excellence. A personal training client has trusted your expertise to monitor and advise the optimal actions to perform for an exercise program.

Attentiveness
Showing the worth of a person or task by giving my undivided concentration

Giving people undivided attention as a trainer can be challenging. With some people you will "click" better than others, just like any relationship. In a health club setting you are required to pay close attention to your own client, but you also have to coordinate your program with other trainer's clients and members that are working out on their own.

Availability*
Making my schedule and priorities secondary to the wishes of those I serve

Benevolence*
Giving to others’ basic needs without having as my motive personal reward

Boldness*
Confidence to say or do what is true, right, and just

Cautiousness*
Knowing the importance of right timing in accomplishing right actions
